Learn The Big League Way

Welcome to Big Leagues of Baton Rouge, Louisiana’s most professional baseball training facility. We offer beginners to college-age athletes a broad range of equipment and instruction to enhance skills and improve technique. Our facility includes batting cages, lesson cages and both indoor and outdoor training areas. Big Leagues of Baton Rouge (BLBR) is designed to give each player the opportunity to work on the critical techniques needed to be the best he can be.

Lessons

We have a staff of former professional players available for private lessons or teaching in group sessions. Practicing in both indoor and outdoor areas allows players to work on all facets of their game and the introduction of our real-game situations accelerates their journey to becoming a well-rounded athlete. It is extremely important to begin developing good habits at an early age, which is why we welcome kids as young as five! Starting this soon can provide players a solid foundation of mechanics, in-depth knowledge of the game, and good instincts through repetition and training.

Camps
BLBR provides camps year round for anyone looking for a great way to learn the game and advance their skill level as they play baseball all day. Our camp staff will help kids get the coaching and experience they need to prepare for the next level.

Teams
BLBR offers the chance for kids (9-14 Years of Age) to try out for our select youth teams. Here they will learn the correct fundamentals of the game as well as compete at the highest level before they get to high school.
